Moments ago The NFLPA unanimously approved a new NFL drug policy. This policy includes HGH testing and lower penalties for the use of amphetamines and marijuana.
Under this new policy players like Cowboys CB Orlando Scandrick and Denver Broncos WR Wes Welker will be eligible to play on Sunday.
